Situated at the southern tip of Ashtamudi Lake, the picturesque location offers a breathtaking view of waterways fringed by lush mangroves. The DTPC offers a package for you to experience this incredible spot. A boat will pick you from Sambranikodi Boat Jetty and drop you at the island. You can then wade through the designated areas and spend close to 40 minutes at the island. The boat will then you drop back at the boat jetty. Travellers can also engage themselves in fishing, collecting clams and exploring the fishing villages nearby.
